Our Foshan factory was established in 2010 and we are located in Foshan City , Guangdong of China. We are a world-class manufacturer of starters, alternators and other auto parts for the automotive industry.
We have our in-house engineers, R&D team, technical experts and operation team to support and accomplish the complexity of requirements from the market , ultimately to deliver the highest standards results to our global customers.
It has a production capacity of building 400,000 units of alternators, 250,000 units of starters and 600,000 units of other spare parts annually
With the rise of the global demands and the continuous increased of our customers, we expanded our manufacturing plant to Johor, Malaysia where it’s strategically located for imports and exports. It is also our platform for long- term sustainability, deliver high quality and maintain the excellence of the whole supply chain process.
The plant covers more than 4,000 square meters for productions, storage and operation area and more than 20% of our team in Malaysia areexperts/trained in their respective technical roles.There are more than 40 trained personnel handling the production capacity of 200,000 units alternators and 150,000 startersannually.
“AS” own brand
In 2004, products manufactured under the own brand name “AS” were introduced. In response to our customers’ demands and continuous development in the automotive industry, the company introduced starter and alternator refurbishing to its range of services.
In 2013, the company’s main office was moved to a modern building in Gdańsk, where a warehouse with 5.000 m² of storage space is located as well. In 2016, a modern facility was built in Lubichowo near Starogard Gdański. It houses state-of-the-art production lines and a warehouse with nearly 5.000 m² of storage and administrative space. The building features innovative solutions and specialist machinery supplied by Canadian D&V Electronics (ST-16, ST-24, ST-116, ALT-98, ALT-198) and Dutch Motoplat. These testing machines were purchased in order to control and improve the quality of AS-PL’s products.
Quality control
Goods offered by the company undergo strict testing procedures and meet the highest requirements in relation to their assembly and technical parameters. Supplying reliable products tailored to current market expectations while using state-of-the-art technologies is the company’s most important goal and mission.
As part of a drive towards producing top-quality products, a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001:2008 was implemented in 2015. The certificate guarantees that the company operates in accordance with quality standards and controls its influence on the environment. In 2018, AS-PL positively passed the control assessing the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 certificate.
All alternators and starters offered by the company are tested using specialist machinery. The test results are included in the product packaging.
